I also certify that the Birds exhibited in the Budgerigar Section Breeders Classes, including Juniors Section are wearing my own closed coded ring with current year thereon. British Birds : I declare that all birds I am exhibiting in the British bird classes conform to the provisions laid down in the Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981 and it's amendments, are captive bred and ringed in accordance with Wildlife & Countryside Act (ringing of certain birds) Regulation 1982.
