SHOW RULES
1. All birds entered must be the property of
the Exhibitor.
2. No exhibits will be accepted after time of judging and no entries
to be removed from the main hall before the official lifting time.
3. The Judges decision will be final unless Fraud, Interference
of Misrepresentation is proven.
4. Any Exhibitor wishing to make a protest must do so to the Show
Secretary in writing, before the close of the Show together with
a £5 deposit, which will be forfeited should the protest
not be upheld.
5. The All Welsh national will make every effort to protect all
exhibits. However, they will not be responsible under any consideration
for any loss or damage, exhibits may sustain either to from or
at the exhibition from any cause whatsoever.
6. All entries must be made on printed forms. Supplied on application
to the Show Secretary. No entries will be accepted unless accompanied
by correct entry fee. Cheques, Postal Orders etc. to be made payable
to THE WELSH NATIONAL. No entries will be accepted by phone. Exhibitors
entering birds and not sending them will forfeit their entry fee.
No alteration can be made to entry forms after receipt by the
Assistant Show Secretary.
7. All birds will be booked in and out of the Show Venue on the
official lifting cards sent out with cage labels.
8. No exhibits will be re-classed.
9. ALL SPECIAL PRIZES must be collected by the exhibitor on the
day of the show from the Treasurer. Any awards not collected will
be deemed to have been donated back to the Show.
10. No Unauthorised Person will be allowed beyond the booking
in tables while the exhibits are being staged or judged.
11. Birds entered in the JUNIOR SECTION. That Junior Exhibitor
must be in attendance to enter and lift their exhibits and collect
any awards.
12. Entries in the junior section are excepted under the show rules of the appropriate Specialist Society (i.e. B.S. rules etc. regarding juniors resident at the same address as an Adult Exhibitor).
13. The All Welsh National has the right to refuse entry to any
Person or their birds into the Show without giving any explanation.
14. The Show Committee shall have the power to act in any case
of any emergency, or to decide any matters not covered by these
rules.
